Weirdest thing happened today. I've been having problems on the outside rim of my feet when I've been going rollerblading this year. It never happened before, so I made an appt. with the podiatrist. After poking around, he said the problem stemmed from the fact that I have bunionettes. I said "What? ??" "Bunionettes. He then explained if the bump is by the big toe, it's called a bunion, but if the bump is by the pinkie toe, it's called a bunionette. Well, the bunionettes are moving over the top of the nerve on the outer ridge of my feet when I rollerblade, pinching the nerve and causing inflammation. So I have to stop rollerblading for a couple of months to let the nerves calm down. Of course, he must have thought I was nuts when I burst out laughing. My feet are Ettes!

I should not laugh because this is a serious matter but this is so funny.

Well some people do like pain with their pleasure after all.

Well some people do like pain with their pleasure after all. Fig, this is way too much pain to use in the same sentence with the word "pleasure!"

Weirdism alert!
This site is acting very strange. I just looked at the post above. It shows "Renee. Guest" as the poster, with a date of yesterday. I actually posted it earlier this evening. At first it made me put in a name, then there was a place where I had to write a sequence of letters and numbers before it would let me post. The background showed a mug instead of the cherries. I went back to the forums, then came back in, and it's the way it used to be and let me post normally.
Don't know if anyone else had this problem?? Yesterday, Steve ran an update, and the whole computer went crazy, font really small, had to start over again in all our sites, so maybe it was just our computer.

My buddy in the Navy had a joke.
Sticks and stones may break my bones. But whips and chains excite me. Tie me up and make me bleed, will even more delight me.
He was an odd fellow, but a good friend.
